This hotel provided a luxurious and exclusive stay with exceptional amenities. the service was impeccable with a Spa & wellness centre, sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi and outdoor swimming pool. the treatment rooms were outstanding with a fantastic massage offered in the spa lounge. the heated swimming pool featured sun loungers, poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with beautiful garden area. the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing after enjoying one of the exquisite in-room breakfast menus.
The only minor negative was the entertainment was lacking; however, this was not a major issue considering all the other amazing facilities offered by this hotel.

Located near a big shopping center, this hotel offers a great variety of fast food restaurants around the area. The breakfast was rich, with a generous variety of pastries, fruits, and juices. The pools are just amazing and clean.
The amenities and rooms in this hotel can improve, with old hinges, sometimes with rotting floors, and small bathrooms. The staff also seemed untrained, as they sometimes took a long time to help guests.

Spent Xmas at a resort that was perfect for our family. the kids loved the waterslides and the heated pools, which were always clean and well maintained. We also appreciated being so close to local attractions, since we could easily visit them during the day.
There were a few downsides to our experience. Some of the staff members seemed a bit disinterested and unhelpful, particularly at check-in.

The hotel was situated in a lovely location near the lake, providing a peaceful retreat. the shopping center across the road also offered plenty of options for food and other needs. my family enjoyed participating in the hotel's activities, such as football and fishing. the falls were also a highlight of our trip.
The hotel lacked signage and direction guidance, making it difficult to navigate for first-time visitors.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
